A marketplace built for shoppers who have been let down by marketplaces
Vipani started in Bengaluru in 2024 with a simple frustration: online shopping in India had become a guessing game. Prices moved depending on which app you opened. Delivery dates were ranges. Returns needed three phone calls and a screenshot.
So we built a marketplace with fewer clever tricks. Sellers are GST-verified before their first listing goes live. Prices are inclusive of tax and shown with the real MRP beside them. Delivery estimates come from the seller’s own dispatch history, not from a marketing team.
Today Vipani carries 240 products from 20 seller businesses across 15 categories, serving shoppers in 19,000 pincodes. We are small, and we would rather stay honest than grow at the cost of the people buying and selling here.

No inflated MRPs to manufacture a discount. Delivery, platform fee and GST are shown before you reach the payment page.

A delivery date, not a delivery window
Every product shows the date it will arrive at your pincode, calculated from the seller’s real dispatch record.

Sellers are accountable, publicly
Cancellation rate, response time and rating are on every seller’s page. We remove sellers who consistently fail shoppers.

Returns without an argument
Raise a return in two taps. Pickup is scheduled within 48 hours and the refund starts when the courier collects.
